5 oz cranberry juice
2 oz ginger ale
5-6 cubes Ice

Pour Crown Royal over ice in a hi ball glass,add the cranberry juice, and the top it off with the ginger ale, mix and enjoy.

Get a pint glass and half fill with ireland finest guiness. then get a shot glass and hald with tia marie and rest with a baileys float. Then drop the shot glass into the pint glass and down in 1 !!!!

1 measure southern comfort
6 measures lemonade
1 measure Baileys Irish Cream

Mix the Southern Comfort, the lime and teh lemonade together, then drool the baileys over the top - do not stir as the baileys curdles and gives it that "grotesque" look.

This one is indeed a strange cocktail - However, its very comical and it tastes pucka'!

3 oz half and half
Float or drizzle on top grand marnier

add all ingredients, except Grand Marnier, to a shaker with lots of ice. Shake. Pour into a martini glass and drizzle the Grand Marnier over the contents.

Shake together with ice and strain into a cocktail glass (chilled). This is an amazing cocktail.

1 shot creme de cacao
1 shot coconut cream
1 shot milk
1 shot cream

Mix Creme de Menthe and Creme de Cacao in a cocktail shaker. Add the Milk, Coconut Cream and Single or Double Cream and shake with loads of crushed ice. Pour into a cocktail or long glass. Vary the amount of Coconut Cream to taste . For an even creamier version, add a scoop of Vanilla or Mint Choc-Chip ice cream.

Without a doubt, the BEST cocktail ever!

10mls malibu
20mls smirnoff vodka

chill the breezer, blu wkd and smirnoff ice, place into a bowl and add the vodka, peach schnapps and malibu and enjoy, (add ice ice u wish)

extremely refreshing, especially in a warm summers day

6 - 10 shakes angostura bitters
1/2 glass ginger beer
1/2 glass ginger ale
twice as mush as angostura bitters lime cordial

Put ginger ale in a glass, followed by lime cordial and angostura bitters. Top up with ginger beer. Serve ice cold with a sprig of mint.

Very refreshing in hot weather.
